At the same time, it is known that chocolate has got some effects like sensation of pleasure , effect attributed to some of its chemical components, especially, the fenietilamina.
In addition to this, different reports confirm that the epicatequina, a flavonoide identified in the cocoa, might help to attack some atherosclerosis problems, degenerative diseases and different types of cancer.
Nevertheless, other components like saturated fats have an opposite role acting over the level of cholesterol.
This is the reason why the only recommendation is moderation: the chocolate can take place in our daily diet if it is equilibrated.
