Bio-Darma wants to contribute with something delicious to improve health and personal balance by means of the ecological nourishment.

Bio-Darma products are prepared with first quality and organic ingedients: oats, carob, spelt, rye, barley, anchovy, algae, tomato and oregano, garlic and parsley. We do not use artificial chemicals, so we can proudly claim that we respet the environment and we preserve rural areas.


Our path began in 2001 in our Pastry shop of handcrafted products. There, we discovered that a great number of people could not enjoy a sweet due to different circumstances; for instance, children with allergies problems. After several researches, we decided to create a line of pastries and biscuits with wholemeal ingredients, all of them with organic certificate.
The result has been a range of high quality products, all of them certified and some of them rewarded by the DLG (German Society of agriculture).
